Shipping & Delivery

- All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

 
US Domestic Orders

- Ground shipping is flat rate of $7.00. It typically arrives between 2 - 9 business days
- Express shipping methods typically arrives between 1 - 2 business days, 2nd Day Air shipping methods typically arrives between 2 – 3 business days, 3 Day Select shipping methods typically arrives between 3 – 4 business days and cost varies by weight.  You can find out your exact expedited shipping cost at the checkout screen, or use our shipping cost estimator in cart screen.

 
International Orders

- We accept all international orders and ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping cost varies by weight and destination.  USPS Priority Mail shipping method typically arrives between 7 – 15 business days.  You can find out your exact shipping cost at the checkout screen, or use our shipping cost estimator in cart screen.
- International delivery times may vary depending on the custom’s office of the arrival country.
- International orders may be subject to VAT and other duty fees which are responsibility of the buyer.

 
Refused or Undeliverable Packages

- Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order.  Overnight delivery cost is $35 for return shipping.  2nd Day Air return shipping charges are $25.  3 Day Select shipping charges are $18.  Ground shipping return charges are $7.  To reship a refused or undeliverable package will incur another shipping cost depending on what kind of shipping you prefer.  If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 15% restocking fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time, at any reason.

Sales Tax

- Tellheryousawme.com applies 7% sales tax on purchases shipped to New Jersey

Tracking Information

- You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.  This confirmation will include the tracking number of your package.

Returns & Exchanges

- Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are in original condition, have not been worn, altered, or washed within 30 business days of the original ship date. 
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.
- All sales on Vintage items, Clearance, Promotional items, swimwear are final unless products are damaged or the wrong item was shipped.
- Please allow us approximately 5 - 10 business days to process your return after it has been received by tellheryousawme.com
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped.
- Please consider purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation service since we are not responsible for lost items being returned to us.

3. All return freight fees are to be paid by customer and we do not refund shipping fees.  Returns will be processed within 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

 
Exchange Instructions

1. Please place a new order for the items you wish to exchange for.
2. Please return items with the original packing slip, mark items to be exchanged and write “Exchange order placed” at the bottom of packing slip.
3. Your exchange order shipping fee will be refunded when we process your return package. (US Orders Only) Return shipping fee from Tellheryousawme.com back to you will be waived. (US Orders Only)
